We are pleased to report it was a huge success, with over 350 NSS staff attending the 4-day event, and would like to say thank you to all staff who made the effort to travel to Kumasi and get involved, particularly those who helped facilitate the event – the Staff Conference Committee Chaired by Gifty Oware-Aboagye and the Local Organising Committee headed by Mr. Opoku Mensah, the Ashanti Regional Director of NSS.
It’s this commitment of NSS staff that made the staff conference such a great success and which supports the ongoing growth of the organisation.
Initial feedback from staff shows that the event has had a hugely positive impact on many of them, and given more focus to our ongoing commitment to providing quality service experience to our stakeholders.
Staff were particularly enthused about the completion, approval, signing and implementation of the Condition of Service and long-awaited Scheme of Service that provides the framework for grading and promotional structure of the Scheme.
