NSA DEPLOYS 2ND BATCH OF 3,460 NURSES AND MIDWIVES FOR THE 2024/2025 SERVICE YEAR

1. The Management of the National Service Authority (NSA) has, today, November 15, 2024, released postings for the 2nd batch of 3,460 nurses and midwives to undertake their one-year mandatory national service at various accredited health facilities across the country for the 2024/2025 service year.

2. All deployed nurses and midwives are therefore required to follow the validation and registration processes as follows:

   o Log onto the Authority’s website at nsa.gov.gh to check your placement.

   o Print the appointment letter and proceed to the place of posting for endorsement.

   o Book an appointment online for a date and time for registration after the endorsement.

   o Proceed to the assigned NSA Regional Validation and Registration Centre with an endorsed appointment letter and a valid Ghana Card to complete the process.

3. Regional validation and registration will begin on Monday, November 18, 2024, and end on Friday, November 29, 2024, at all centres across the country.

4. Management directs all deployed nurses and midwives to begin their mandatory national service on Monday, December 2, 2024.

5. Management extends best wishes to all deployed nurses and midwives for a successful and fulfilling service year.
