Damango Farms

In Damango in the Northern region, the Scheme has acquired 300 acres of land from the Gonja Traditional Council for the Damango Agriculture project. The scheme has developed about 120 acres of land for cultivation in 2014. The farm began in 2013 cultivating only 78 acres and producing 1,960 bags of maize. The farm has 2 Tractors and accessories and 2 six-row planters.


The Farm has 2 Tractors and accessories, 2 Six Row Planters, 1 Chisel Plough
The farm has the potential to produce 4,000 bags of maize annually if right management practices are taken and adequate resources provided at the right time.
